Circumstances: Jessica was last contacted by a family member via phone while at her residence in the vicinity of the 1000 block of Cornerstone Place in North Las Vegas, NV. She was planning to leave Las Vegas to return to Canada. All her things were packed and her belongings disappeared with her.
