Medical Conditions: Burnese suffers from diabetes, high blood pressure, and bipolar disorder and takes medications to control these conditions. After her disappearance her blood pressure and bipolar disorder medications were found in her home, but the insulin that she takes for her diabetes was missing. She may be in need of immediate medical attention.

Circumstances: Burnese was last heard from when she talked to her son via telephone from her home on Azalea Court in Troy, AL at 11:00am on July 29, 2006. Her maroon 1992 Ford Taurus was found on a dirt road in a remote wooded area of the Pocosains, south of Troy, on August 3, 2006. One of her shirts was inside the vehicle and the keys were in the ignition. Burnese's daughter stated she did not think her mother was familiar with the location where her car was located.
