Circumstances: Leigh was last seen fishing at the Canaveral National Seashore Federal Park on New Smyrna Beach. His vehicle was seen parked at approximately 11:00am, then at 11:30am it was gone. His vehicle was later located near the 8300 block of Trent Court in Boca Raton, FL
